He came out late, and when I say late…9pm, on a Friday and found the problem. Saturday morning he had the issue solved in less than an hour. I can’t say how much I thank them. Thank you again!

Mark and his team did great work!!! We called at lunchtime about a clogged line and they arrived within hours and was able to clear the line in a few hours. He had the correct equipment and very fair prices. The was an awesome experience!!

I called this company, even though they were over 90 minutes away from me, because they were the only company in this area offering trenchless sewage repairs and I had a clogged line which wouldn't let us use the spare bathroom in the house. I really didn't want my concrete courtyard dug up for this repair as the local plumber told me he would have to do. Chase returned my call within a couple of hours and offered to come look at the problem in the next day or two since he would be in my area.

Even in the midst of a very unfortunate situation I had the pleasure of working with Pelican Underground when they relined the pipes throughout my house that had been compromised by tree roots. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. They were incredibly transparent about the process, clearly explaining the work needed and what to expect every step of the way. Thank goodness my Google search for a second opinion on my sewer line lead me to Pelican Underground—-I had been told by other plumbers that I would need my sewer line to be rerouted!!! ($$$$)
